Is This a Tool? Or a Product?

It was less about let's build a business and go and sell it. It was just we've got this problem. We need to solve this. And our Rysmal version of software actually, it ran on a phone which we put in a plastic box that some guy they knew who made plastic boxes made for us. The phone would overheat every three days and you'd need to take it out of the box and let it cool down and restart. But apart from when it was overheated, it's still a record of the time that people worked and it's still calculated what they should get paid. So it was a product, but it was a very, very small product.
