Is Accountability Really Crucial?

i think accountability is supercrucial when you're starting a new diet. Fluctuation day to day is not an indicator of how well you're doing on this diet, or how much success youre going to have a year from now. Having some sort of accountability with yourself every single day will help you stay on course. If you can feel good about the foods you put into your body, or nourish my body to day, like, if you can check that off, i think you've had success that day. I think it should be like a day a day thing. Don't have like this six months out, i need to look like this.
