Daniel Day is a sports performance specialist and founder of CRFTD Athlete. With a background in biomechanics and data-driven training from his time at P3 Sports Science, Daniel has spent more than a decade working with elite athletes across the NBA, MLB, and professional volleyball. Since launching CRFTD Athlete in 2022, his primary focus has been in professional soccer, supporting players competing in the Premier League, Ligue 1, and Serie A.

Daniel designs holistic high-performance frameworks that integrate strength and conditioning, recovery strategies, and mindset coaching. He travels in-season with athletes to manage their performance, while coordinating off-season training programs to ensure continuity year-round. His philosophy is built on three pillars—mind, body, and spirit—helping athletes create positive daily routines that cultivate resilience, discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits. Guided by biblically derived principles, he emphasizes identity and purpose, encouraging athletes to pursue excellence through consistency.
