The Cost of Specialization in Salesforce
In Salesforce, the idea was efficiency. But what got lost around 2019 or so is that team has to pay for itself. And a simplistic way to boil it all down is one, we have to revert back to sales closing three to five times what they take home. That's at least three X for SMB, at least four X from in market, five X for enterprise.
