The Importance of Feelings in Wellness

Of all the tools available in our wellness tool cut in 2023 and there are so many what's underrated in your opinion which we'd be paying more attention to. I feel like that that oftentimes as we've kind of said will inform the decisions that you make but it also will modulate your biochemistry just in and of itself. Even without you making these decisions from a more regulated state you will see physiological changes i.e. better circadian rhythms  and lower inflammation levels.
