A lot of people will say, Oh, you need to twist more. The average person could just train almost exclusively in the frontal plane and they would be just fine rotationally,. But my thing is just like rotational is just like, are you a throwing athlete? We should probably work some rotational strength. Like we're rotation or being caught in a position where you're going to be twisted is probably something that is highly likely to happen in everyday training.
