The company behind this example was struggling to hire a graphic designer so they leveraged costly signaling and salience. They crudely designed their poster in Microsoft Paint and drew the words looking for a graphic designer email us to apply. Nobody's ever seen such a poorly designed billboard before so it grabs our attention.
