Is There a Difference Between CrossFit and Strongman?
I've been as heavy as 170 kilos, so like 374 pounds. My squatting and my pressing was phenomenal. But my deadlift got worse because I had this big belly in the way. To be a good Strongman or strength athlete, you need to be well rounded. You don't necessarily need to be the best at anything, but you can't have a weakness very much like CrossFit.
