The Role of Signaling in Hypertrophy
There's a lot of redundancy in the various pathways that cause hypertrophy and other adaptions. I think unless we are stimulating a hypertrophy event using mechanical tension leading to the signaling process that then causes myofibrilous splitting and then kind of growth I don't think we're actually going to maintain hypertrophy you know in any kind of meaningful way. Even though myofs is elevated there's two very distinct and separate processes that are kind of occurring with that elevation so right now that's just where we're at with the data that we have.
