What Is HRV?
HRV is a biomarker of your mental state. It tracks with a variety of different things, but essentially what it stands for is heart rate variability. You can learn how to breathe in and breathe out and move your heart rate up and down like 20 or 30 beats a minute once you're good at it. That is this incredible skill that helps you kind of change how you're feeling by interrupting this loop that's in your body.
