The Difference Between Workouts and Running
I think for me, it's helping people get into the mindset and really just the understanding that workouts are not where we get better. The actual exercise is not where you are improving quite literally. That is where you are breaking down. And so I do think that a lot of runners come in, think feeling, maybe it's more of a feeling that as they're running, they're getting better. If I push harder, I'm going to be better.
