Is It a Good Idea to Give People a Way Out?

I love in the introcol even you say like, i don't know if this is a good fit. It's very disarming. I think we need to shake up the sales process a little bit too. We're so ingrained in the anyonow part of it, compensation drives behavior. But sometimes that means diverting away from some of these more strict time schedules.
