Some of the movements are going to be more difficult than others in our program i'm trying to give some options it is difficult like doing sort of a one-size-fits-all program but nothing really does replace one-on-one help so if you are a raw beginner you might want to invest in a few sessions with a personal trainer. If you're recovering from an injury a surgery a long break from the bike hire a PT or a personal trainer just to help you get started.
