Training is this balance of stimulation and recovery. Khabib talks about like when he was training multiple times a day, he would go train and then go sleep. That's what Paul Gagney was talking about in his talk on training high level athletes at the Swiss Symposium. He said any high level athlete, especially explosive athletes, that he's trained has been the laziest person outside of training.
