The Effects of De-Loading on Motivation to Train

The psychological aspects of de-loading is kind of for me what I've always thought were the the best portions of a de-load. Our findings seem to suggest that maybe taking a week off might be doing more detriment to your like psychological or to like measures of psychological fatigue than than training continuously. It's just an interesting finding no lessYeah, it was just uh I guess when you think about I think about oh that's like 90 sets they didn't do and they still saw equivocal growth  I don't know if you extra extra like do it continue this study.
