How to Get Started With PLG
A lot of people default to starting with PLG because they go, all right, every PLG company has some sort of premium or like free trial. What I like to do if I'm thinking about steps to PLG, it's to start by having a good visibility into the customer journey. People that do X in their first week are more likely to retain or expand than folks who don't do X in its first week.
