Fighters are competing three times, training three times a day. Like you said, there's bills to pay, families at home. There are some of the biggest hurdles when we're actually trying to implement these more evidence-based strategies. So I try to give them advice where I can in terms of refueling, but I'm also very aware that that's not my area.
