Is There a Good Morning Light Routine?
Research seems to suggest that most people have the highest level of insulin sensitivity around mid morning. As you get towards the nighttime and you do start releasing melatonin, that actually further reduces insulin sensitivity and increases insulin resistance. And so as a general rule, I've for me personally found I seem to sleep the best when I don't eat for about three or optimally, even four hours before bedtime.
