The Sustainability Factor of Keto
There are certain times where you would pay attention closer to carb and fat intake, but for most of the population, I think that's still breaking the head. The keto diet can be really tough if you have a long-term goal of wanting to lose weight and keeping it off. It increases your risk for developing disordered eating tendencies or even eating disorder in the long-term because it is so strict. If you miss one day or one meal, you're technically a failure at the keto diet. But there's very little wiggle room in terms of what does it mean to be successful on the keto diets.
