Is It All Results?

I think traditionally, it's all the results, but we are now moving away from from looking at the results. My take on is they are ready when they have the contract. And I can only do the things that I can help them with. So what happens down the line when I'm not there or when the team is not there is, yeah, I would like to concentrate on things that can do.
