Fermenting Dairy During a Training Block
I got into fermenting dairy during this training block. I've been fermenting vegetables for years now, and i just hadn't pulled the trigger on fermenting my own dairy yet. And as it turns out, fermenting milk is actually one of the easiest things to ferment. You can do it in ike less than a day a essentially you barely have to do anything to do it.
