How Do You Lower Stress?

If i'm feeling stressed or worried, for me, what really calms me down on this very deep level is writing. And it's kind of surprising, because you would think, well, if you're stressed out, you would want to take it easy. But i actually think it's more about the actual writing and feeling like that's what i do best. That's my favorite thing to do, even when it's really challenging. So that's what lowers stress for me.
