The Risk of Buying a Small Business
The timing of the acquisition, you know, was keenly not not ideal in that it occurred. We didn't have a material amount or percentage of clients that went out of business. The bigger challenge for us was that margin erosion that we saw. You know, even though the vast majority of clients saw this as a positive change, there were still some that appreciated the old platform because it was a process. Right?
