How to Change Your Brain for the Better

Long-term meditators have measurably thicker cortex in key regions of the brain that are involved with steadiness of mind. The brain is designed to be changed by our experiences, problem is, it's vulnerable to being changed for the worst due to the negativity bias. And so for me, the takeaway point is to be skillful multiple times a day to help the brain change for the better from the inside out.
