Getting to the Next Level With Value Streams

It takes more people to produce the same kind of value that you have with services than with software. Software is all about automating things. You actually need less people to build great software. But instead, we usually blow this up so now we have 1,000 Scrum teams where we really need only like 100 to make a good push. And then we lose track of what everybody's working on and we don't know how to optimize that portfolio.
