How to Deal With Negative Labels and Perfectionist Thinking

I would automatically just have this negative label on this negative thought and I wouldn't even make room for the positive that could actually happen. This one is so valuable for me to understand and have awareness of because it has helped me in a lot of my friendships. Some situations are better when they're spaced out or experiences don't have to be once a month. Let go of the blame and letting go of the idea that you have to put someone or something at fault for everything that happens. It's easy to get caught up in what's going around us but we have the power to shift our mindset  to shift the way that we think about things.
