Do You Think You Should Go Above and Beyond?
It's very, very hard to say like this is a customer I should invest in versus this isn't, right? Because what's tricky in our world at Jones Road, we use gorgeous and we have a ban around the side that says how much money the customer has spent. Now you can make a case that if a customer has spent $500 in order 10 times or five times, this isn't an impactful customer and we should probably go above and beyond to fix it. But as a human, I can know that that's impactful. And I'm optimizing towards brand experiences rather than resolving somebody's order in a big way.
