Most guys at the age of 50 40 50 and 60 are in some way metabolically broken. You shouldn't be afraid of carbohydrate because there's no one in here problem with it but my approach to carbohydrate regardless of where you sit in that continuum is typically just to use carbohydrates to fuel performance. i'm not against carbohydrates but i want to reduce them for most people and whereas on the other hand someone's high performance athlete then i use them to drive performance even higher.
