The Trade-Offs Between Frozen and Fresh Food
The ideal scenario is everyone has their own plot of land, grows their own vegetables that are organic and regenerative. But there's a trade-off who's got the money to do that,. Who it has the time, who has the small holding? There are traders with everything. So when we look at frozen versus fresh, I don't want to give the impression that frozen might be better in certain elements than fresh. And we should go for one or the other.
