A little bit less on till i cn durance, arobic activity a but a lot more maybe, like, intense erobic activity and in high intensity stuff. Really got into cattle bells lately. I feel like those very functional, lots of compound movements ant it that integrate a lot of the nerve firing as as aging starts to pull on it from the other direction. And between to tre tamax ise that recoveryas that also gets a lot harder very quickly as you get older
