Episode 22 - The Weaknesses of a Weightlifter
Westside Barbell
00:00
The Importance of Strength
He worked up to a hard 200 pounds, arch back good morning for five. We jumped one pounds and it was a complete failure. He actually fell down into a full squat. To me, this is very unacceptable. The good mornings must be done because when you lift your lips, you need to keep your shoulders over the bars as far as possible. That's something he couldn't do. Also, in the snatch grip, he could only do 335 pounds. This is a 180 pound kid, two tall,. two tall, two tall, 2 tall, twotall, two weight class. Again, I have 123 girls that can do more than that. Snatch grip, deadlift.
