Local community, in real belonging or connection in person, works so much better than anything on line, via text, et cetera. If that's all you got, like, go for it. Call a friend instead of texing them. But like, it helps expand our r our perspective as well. Because often what happens is in these situations, especially when real things are happening and we can't control it, we we like go a little bit nuts,. because our world view our brains world view is based on this global stuff that feels local.
