We start with character. We ask about, would this person be a good reflection of our good name in the community? And whether it's operator or staff member, that's the approach that we take on that. When we think about competency as well, i'm curious as to sometimes when you hire somebody hasn't done that exact job, they don't have experience in exactly what you want to hire them. But you're seeing something in them that you think they can get it pretty quickly. Do you ever make exceptions? Not in terms of competency, but they don't has the experience, and yet you trust that they're gong to be able to lern this anyway?
