If there were three things that you wish everybody knew, that you think would make a tangible impact to their lives, what would those three things be? Let's start with the breath. Number one, take on a breathing regiment that you do every day. And then move it up to 20 or 30 minutes a day. It will be life changing to you and everyone who loves you. That's number one. Number two, understand that you, your presence, is important. People don't love you because of what you do. They love you becauseo who you are in your heart. Lastly, learn to ask for help. A great fear is if we reveal that we're in trouble
