The Stress Response in Children
The stress response is making it so that we react as quickly as possible to survive some threat. So what's going on in our brains when we're in this reactive state? I think that's the most interesting part. It became obvious to me that the, you know, mindfulness had to be like the foundation of any kind of parenting response at all.
