About Ryan:
Ryan got his start in real estate investing by flipping residential condos in 2006. After getting the itch for larger deals, he bought a multi-family property in 2008, followed by an industrial building in 2009. After a series of industrial purchases, sales and developments, Ryan started Artisan Industrial with his partner Kyle Jacober in 2021. The fund has now been fully subscribed with two assets closed and two further assets set to close in the summer.
Ryna's portfolio is comprised of approximately 200,000sqft. and is actively look for value add/repositioning opportunities in the industrial space.
