Kenni: I like to walk around, if i'm in a stay lean around ten percent. If i get down to four %, then what i'll do is i'll give myself a month or two to allow myself to creep back up to 10%. You see this happen at higher body fat percentages too. When you get lean, the leaner you get, the more your body is trying to figure out a way to survive off these fewer calories.
