Self awareness is a skill. And it's one that I've been practicing myself for many years. So, today, just run a little experiment around your attention. Whenever you find your attention is being driven by negative stuff, either look for the color blue or do breath or pick one of your own. It's just a way to take your attention externally and just see what happens.
