Introduction
Gavin Rubenstein: John McGraw, I think you guys have gotten to the Mount Rushmore of what this industry offers in the country. We've got four officers team of about 150. Base count is a base count. It's broken up of sales and in sales, there's residential commercial project marketing. Lots of site acquisitions. So we're in the development site space. And then we've got property management, financial services, insurance, home loans,. construction finance, and a range of other sort of add-ons that we've built out over 15 years.
