HubSpot went from being an individual point solution to essentially a platform that actually has an integrated suite of stuff. The way we did that was unique, says HubSpot co-founder Chris O'Donnell. We knew we wanted to build sales and service in all kinds of front office applications, but sales would be first. To that point, our business model really wasn't, people think we started a premium. It wasn't a premium.
