Is This a Cross Between Manual and Machine in Japan?

I would compare it more to something herbal I think because people hear fermented and it's fermented in the same way that a lot of the pickles are fermented in Japan. It's actually quite mellow and you don't have like matcha has a very strong flavor as well but maybe something more like a chamomile you have kind of a lighter flavor. I would say it's quite unique it's worth trying if you can get your hands on some. And everything around the village life or not everything but it seems so much more manual is that really true or is this kind of cross between manual and machine? Yeah I think there's a bit of both I think that people who practice
