I was doing so the meso cycle would start with higher volume. So that was sets of 10 on the squad on the deadlift. The rest of the exercises were, were fine. I mean, a 10 rep bench presses, nothing compared to a 10 rep deadlift. And then after doing that for a while, I'm like, you know, I just don't want to do that anymore. You got to do a few sets of eight now and then. Yeah. It's going to hurt. But you can safely go there and you can kind of get,. you know, that dopamine hit from that training experience., he said.
