Building a Niche-Based Business

It takes five years for an apprenticeship for them to start to have market interactions. So the question is you're seeding people into success. What's that look like generally in terms of building those teams? And then as you build those teams into niches, it might be a quicker, you could feel it more quickly. Any comment on that and then what are the niches where you're seeing opportunity?
