effective aucism is not utilitarianism in two ways. We do take very seriously ethical side constraints, like saying you shouldn't go out lying and stealing and cheating people. And then also around demanding ness. Many people might think that really pressing ethical priorities are to prevent injustices. So i think the kind of cost effectiveness analysis that effective altruist organizations tend to use, i think, is probably of a kind that non consequentialists might disagree with as a matter of principle.
