Every eight 12 weeks or so, it's probably a good idea to take a deal of a week. Studies will show that de load weeks actually contribute quite a bit o to progress. I wouldn't encourage a week of just mobility, or maybe training, doing some carty vascular work and stretching. There are also health effects from moving consistently for months on end.
