The Inherent Characteristics of Consciousness
Everything is impermanent, everything in flux, nothing to hold on to. It's like trying to grasp a bebble on water: as soon as you grasp it, it bursts. Bordly elements that comprise our being very very much share this characteristic of impermanence - arising and passing away in a moment. The second characteristic of all conditioned phenomena is that they are all inherently unsatisfactory.
