The main thing is to be breathing out more than you're breathing in. It would actually change the about that hall manthat it was producing, and would calm you down. And if you do it enough, what we're after is building in a kind of perpetual and relatively unconscious awareness of our stress levels. Most of us only really pay attention to our health or to our state when it's pretty much beeping that the phone's about to turn off. The trick is to keep your cana batchery full effectively. We build inan autumn, almost automatic response to those sensations of stress in our system where we know we need to breathe.
