The Importance of Setting Goals

I give my children a vision for what I expect from them and teach them explicitly, as I said at the breakfast table, about character. Goal setting is not something that we formally do at the moment, but in the fullness of time, as they can be more directed, I want them to engage in systematic goal setting, etc. And then also I have a success curriculum that I impose upon my children as well.
