The Importance of Plyometrics in Training
The more that you are kind of loading the bone through a range of motion, particularly when you're landing quite soft, you're bending the bone. So your cue is pretty much just to say, hey, let's try and have you land as quietly or as softly as possible. And even if they go into a slightly greater depth, that's not something that you're overly concerned about. In fact, I would even say that that's what you want.
