Arobic Training for Endurance

High intensity training is a supplement to, not a replacement for this low intensity training. The best marithoners are often training a hundred plus miles a week. That little stimulus is enough to improve the overall performance of an athletic athlete. There's just no reason why endurance training can't be rather boring and then sprinkled in with some high intensity work.
